Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.
From the Internet at Large
Kicking this week off with an unholy alliance between two of the most creative areas of the hobby, Gargant and Knight players with this absolutely gnarly cyborg’d up Giant. We love the work done to ensure the meld of Knight and Giant manages to look painfully unnatural and yet as if the two kits were actually meant to go together, complete with a suitably grimy paintjob and beautifully blended transfer work.
Moving away from the worlds of Warhammer for a moment, we have these May Queens by Mathias, just in time for Summer to finally decide to shuffle into the room. Its always a joy to see these kind of horror figures, especially painted to such a high standard.
Redemptor chassis Dreads are always cool, but Redemptor-chassis Dreads that go for the old walking shrine look to the cleaner Primaris look? Even cooler still. Throw in a spectacularly realised rendition of the Blood Ravens scheme? Immaculate.
Oh hell yeah. There’s Retrohammering up new models, and then there’s going this hard. The near-neon Yellows! The checkmarks and freehand! The use of red and black instead of metallics! And of course, the Goblin Green bases. Radical.
